WHAT'S THE DURATION AND DETAILS FOR EACH STAGE?

Stage One:

COURSE WORK (CPP Basic Foundation)

This covers the entire Project Management knowledge to deliver any kind of project. 15 course contents are covered in this stage.

A Project Master Class certificate is issued at the end of this Stage.

Time: 40 Contact Hours within 8 weeks

Fee:

Self paced - N150,000

Virtual - N250,000

Physical - N350,000

Covers Registration, Course training, Study materials, Assignments & Course certificate.

Stage Two:

ASSESSMENT STAGE

(CPP Advanced Intermediate)

This stage is meant to measure the knowledge gained and intensify the need for further individual research into the challenges and Prospects in the project environment.

Participants complete Case studies, Tests and research and project work at this stage

An Advanced Certificate in Project Management from IPMA-UK is issued at the end of this Stage.

Time: 60 Contact Hours within 12 weeks

Fee: An equivalent of £150. Covers Course examinations, case studies, research papers assessments and issuance of A UK Advanced Certificate in Project Management is issued at the end of this stage.

Stage Three:

INDUCTION STAGE

(CPP Master Professional)

The focus of this stage is to introduce participants to opportunities for lecture presentation, training facilitation, consultancy, leadership roles and responsibilities.

They are also expected to subscribe for our community mentorship platform and apply for induction into our professional association, The Society of Project Management and Development Professionals International.

A Six-month mentorship is initiated to guide how to document project experience, historical information and lessons learnt in a real-life project environment.

Membership Induction and Professional eligibility certificate is issued at the end of this stage.

Time: 72 Contact Hours within 24 weeks.

Fee: N250,000 Covers Membership Induction & Professional eligibility certificate, work Logbook, Sector networking & Six months of dedicated mentorship.

Stage Four

PRACTISE STAGE:

(CPP Practitioner Professional)

Participants are encouraged to be involved in volunteer roles or gainfully engaged in activities that will promote the Project Management Profession.

They are expected to serve as Global Ambassadors of the Project Management Profession by providing leadership, continual support and mentorship to grow the practice.

Fee: N250,000. Covers CPP certificate, Graduation and investiture as Global Ambassadors.

The Certified Project Practitioner Award is conferred at the end of the program on deserving persons who meet the eligibility requirements.

The duration is 12 months
